toddler furniture

As early as the toddler years, kids can already be taught to keep things in order. Make cleaning up into fun games that will be enthusiastically joined by a small child. Help yourself along by putting functional toddler furniture in or near your child’s play areas. Cabinets with low, open shelves and toy chests are good ideas.

These storage spaces make it easy to put things in as well as get them out again. Make sure they are durable and steady enough so they won’t topple if a tiny explorer decides to suddenly climb up on them. Ideal storage spaces for kids’ books and toys are those with open shelves or lids and doors that have protective gadgets to keep little hands from getting trapped.
