Angels in the House

My little boy is two years old. People say it’s the terrible two stage. I couldn’t agree more. There are days when I want to pull out all my hair and his in disgust. However on some days he curls up beside me on the sofa like the cherub figurines he sees on top of the fireplace.
Cherub figurines are so cute. It was such a hit a few decades ago. Women would buy them for their homes. Mothers would buy them for their nursery hoping their babies would turn out to be angels. Kids would play with them and eventually crack or break the wings. They are so charming yet so breakable, but they do make your shelves look cute.
