The Evolution of Armories

Storage is important in any house or office. Aside from protecting its contents, this could also keep the room as organized as possible. Armories are known to be standing closets that are used to keep clothes. These are typically made of solid wood with nice laminates.

The oldest armories were once in the form of chests. Improvements have been made through time adding certain features and compartments such as drawers and sliding shelves. Oak was then the most preferred material for their construction until walnut eventually followed. Armories come in many different sizes, styles and designs. Some would even have doors fitted with mirrors.
