organic bedding

Sleep is the best time for our bodies to recharge after a long day of work. It is when the brain gets to rest while the other body organs heal themselves. Unfortunately, sleeping with ordinary bedding using commercially grown cotton can be harmful to your health. The cotton is usually sprayed with pesticides on the farm and may cause skin irritations.

On the other hand, organic bedding uses cotton grown using natural methods that do not harm the environment and will not harm you. Since they are not exposed to harmful chemicals, organic bedding is hypoallergenic and is ideal for use by people with various sensitivities. Organic bedding also absorbs the body’s moisture better which helps prevent night sweats, jock itch, athlete’s foot and other fungal infections.
